LAR4201 [Arabic 5] is an advanced module and a continuation of LAR3202 [Arabic 4]. In this module, students will achieve better oral fluency, considerable ability in listening and reading comprehension, and better writing proficiency. Oral activities in the form of group discussions, pair work, role-plays, and presentations will be conducted regularly in classes. Students will be exposed to a variety of vocabulary on more abstract topics and learn how to express themselves in a more idimoatic manner. In addition to readings on a variety of topics, students will use blogs in this module to write on a variety of topics related to the lessons in the textbook. Students will also learn how to further develop 'strategy competence'.
